Hot breakfast, enjoyed it with a lot of food.

I got a warm breakfast with a free voucher provided by the B & B and cereal included and fresh croissants. The room was neat and airy with slippers and including slippers plus welcoming touches. Location: the hotel was so close to the surrounding area as well as main attractions.

Had fantastic experience, overall comfortable and fabulous place.

The hotel was in an awesome location close enough to beach, the attractions in Brighton and the seafront and town.

Loved the cozy Gin Room with its cool decor! They even surprised us with gin drinks on arrival. Plus, the luxury bath accessories were a nice touch!

This place was a strong match for a short layover in Brighton at a great value. Breakfast was excellent, especially the almond croissant! For a smoother stay, try to check in at the designated times.

The location was a dream for exploring, just a short walk from the Royal Pavilion and only a few minutes from the beach. The warm hospitality from the host, a highlight for anyone who loves weekend city strolls.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from all the attractions. My room was lovely, with beautiful wall art and a clean bathroom. A special mention to the lady who helped us. She was super friendly and even returned a train ticket I left behind!

The super nice team and always smiling. Breakfast was a highlight-best full English I've had in ages! The room was stylish and clean, tho a bit tight for space. Perfect location near the beach and easy walk to town-what more can you ask for?

Solo traveler's hidden gem

So I decided to give this place a shot for just one night and man, it was worth it. The room was fine like really, had this lovely wall art that added to the vibe, and also there were these amazing Rituals products in the bathroom that gave the feeling of a touch of luxury you don't expect. I got greeted with the warmest welcome from the host, was totally surprised to find snacks and a fridge with fresh milk waiting for me.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, you get what you pay for, and that's okay in my book.

Location was perfect, super close to the beach n all the fun places. Room was really comfy n clean, loved the high ceilings n nice decor. The owner was really friendly n helped us with parking which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was super relaxing, can't complain about anything really.

only downside was some noisy seagulls outside my room n maybe a missing blackout blind would help with the morning light.

Some common essentials, like extra coffee pods and alternative milk, seemed scarce, and unloading luggage at the entrance felt overly restricted and formal for a casual getaway. The absence of breakfast and a tight checkout time on weekends adds a certain pressure that detracts from a laid-back experience.
